Our story began with our dad, Butch, a refinery worker who spent long days on the job and long nights perfecting recipes from scratch. His cooking was more than food it was a way to bring family, friends, and co-workers together after a hard day’s work.

We carry that same blue-collar spirit in everything we do. Every sauce, rub, and recipe on our trailer is built with the same grit, pride, and authenticity that defined our family’s table.

We believe great BBQ shouldn’t be fancy it should be real, rooted in tradition, and made with the same hands that know what honest work feels like. We exist to celebrate the men and women who show up every day, support their families, and keep America running.

Our menu is built around real flavor, real work, and real family history starting with our #1 best-selling White BBQ Chicken Sandwich, made with our homemade White BBQ Sauce that’s become a local legend all on its own.

For the ones who like bold and simple, we’ve got grab-and-go smoked bacon strips sweet with a little heat the perfect quick fix for any hardworking appetite. Our fire-grilled shrimp skewers are seasoned just right and cooked over open flame, while our brisket, pulled pork and hot link sandwiches bring slow-smoked tradition to every bun.

And because no plate is complete without it, our homemade mac n’ cheese delivers pure comfort creamy, cheesy, and made from scratch.
